Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on designbychaz.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Design by Chaz is operated by Chaz Group Pty Ltd, ACN 686 777 864. Orders ship from the United Kingdom. Contact: support@designbychaz.com.

2. Products

Everything we sell is made in a limited run. Once a run sells out it is not restocked unless we say otherwise. Colours, finishes and packaging can vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece. Skateboard decks are sold as decks only, without grip, trucks or wheels, unless the listing says otherwise.

3. Drops and purchase limits

Drops go live at the time we announce. Orders are accepted in the order they complete at checkout. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We may limit the quantity of any item per customer, per address or per payment method. Orders that exceed a limit, or that appear to be placed by the same person through multiple accounts or addresses, may be cancelled and refunded without notice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select. Shipping is added at checkout. Import duties and taxes outside the UK are your responsibility. Payment is taken in full when you order. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error we may cancel and refund the order.

5. Order acceptance

The confirmation email is a receipt of your order, not acceptance. We accept an order when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, for example for suspected fraud, stock errors or a breach of section 3, and will refund it in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Discount codes and bundles

Codes cannot be combined unless stated. Bundle pricing applies automatically at checkout to qualifying items and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product names, photographs and text on this site belong to Chaz Group Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce them or use them to make or sell products without written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in its design.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Your rights

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
