No. Orders count in the order they complete at checkout. Use Shop Pay or Apple Pay on drop day so checkout takes seconds.

Sometimes. When a drop item has a limit it says so on the product page. Orders over that limit get cancelled and refunded, including orders split across accounts.

No. Each run is limited. When it sells out it is gone. Hit notify me on a sold out page and you will hear first if that ever changes.

Email support@designbychaz.com straight away with your order number. If it has not shipped we will sort it.

Everything ships from the UK. You get a tracking email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Worked out at checkout from your address. UK orders over £100 ship free. Everywhere else, over £150. Decks included.

Yes. UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada and most other countries. Delivery times are in the shipping policy.

Outside the UK you might. Your country sets the duty and tax and you pay it before delivery. We cannot mark parcels as gifts.

Give it 5 working days from dispatch. Then email us your order number and we will chase the courier.

Yes. Unused items in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Gripped or ridden decks cannot come back. Neither can a lamp that has been switched on.

Email support@designbychaz.com within 7 days. Include photos of the item and the box. We replace it or refund you in full, postage included.

Yes. Full size 8.0 inch, 8 ply Canadian maple, standard truck holes. Most people hang them. Plenty ride them.
