Shipping policy

Dispatch:

Orders ship from the United Kingdom and are tracked. Drop orders are packed in the order they were placed. You receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with the tracking number when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 1 to 2 working days.
Europe: 5 to 10 working days.
Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 working days.
Rest of world: 7 to 14 working days.

These are estimates. Couriers and customs can add time.

Shipping costs:

Calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of the parcel. Prices are in pounds sterling and are converted at checkout for other currencies.

United Kingdom: £3.99, or £5.99 for parcels containing a skateboard deck. Free on orders over £100.
Europe: £9.99, or £14.99 with a deck. Free on orders over £150.
Australia: £9.99, or £19.99 with a deck. Free on orders over £150.
Rest of world: £14.99, or £19.99 with a deck. Free on orders over £150.

Free shipping thresholds apply to the order value after any discount has been applied.

Customs and import charges:

Outside the UK, your country may charge import duty or tax before delivery. Those charges are set by your government and paid by you. They are not included in our prices.

Tracking:

Every order includes tracking where available. The link is in your shipping email.

Lost, delayed or damaged:

Check your tracking first. If it has not moved for 5 working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@designbychaz.com within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will sort a replacement or refund.
